Recognition ceremonies for inductees will be held at a bi-annual Hall of Fame Banquet in January of the year following nominations. The date of the event is established after receiving confirmation of our sport schedules in late summer. Any interested party (need not be alumnus) may submit a nomination to the Hall of Fame. Once nominated, a person remains an active candidate until selected or for a period of up to five years from the initial nomination. The nominations must be in writing on an official form, which can be found here or is available from the Billiken Club office at (314) 977-8180. Categories and descriptions are included on the nomination form. Nominations for the 2009 Hall of Fame are due in the Billiken Club office by July 1, 2008. The Saint Louis University Billiken Hall of Fame is the bi-annual premier event of the department of athletics. It has been established to honor the members of past athletic teams who have excelled in intercollegiate athletics at the University, or gained national recognition in athletics following graduation or years of eligibility. In addition, this Hall of Fame will provide special recognition opportunities for non-athletes who have contributed significantly to the success of the Saint Louis University athletics program.
